RETURNS

To start your return, please email info@ederearchive.com along with your order number and brief reason for your return. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by original tags, security seals, and packaging. Please allow 7-15 days to process your refund. 

Please return your item within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted. Exclusions Apply.

We offer free domestic (US) returns; you will receive a prepaid return label. For International deliveries, you will have to pay for the carrier to return your item(s).

For domestic orders in the Lower 48 States, we offer complimentary shipping for all orders over $500.

Canada

For Canada, we offer complimentary shipping for all orders over $600.

Europe and the United Kingdom

For Europe and the UK, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £550 or €600.

China & Hong Kong 

For China & Hong Kong, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over  ¥4700 or HK$4700.

Australia & New Zealand

For Australia & New Zealand, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $600.

Mexico

For Mexico, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $600.

South America
